Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seven days, no questions asked. If Prime isn't right for your child, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
There is nothing to cancel. Prime does not auto-renew, so no mandate exists and no future charge is scheduled.
What you are buying
Prime is 12 months of access to iJeeto's Prime games and activities for a one-time payment of ₹299, inclusive of GST. It is a single payment, not a subscription. We do not store a payment mandate and we cannot charge you again without you completing a fresh purchase.
When the 12 months end, access simply stops. You are free to buy again, or not.
Refunds
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. You do not need to justify it.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method — the same UPI ID, card or account you paid from. We cannot redirect a refund elsewhere.
- Once approved, we process the refund within 3 working days. Your bank or UPI provider then typically takes a further 5–7 working days to credit it.
- When a refund is issued, Prime access ends immediately.
After 7 days
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a 12-month period. Because the price is modest and the refund window is generous, we keep this rule simple rather than case-by-case.
That said, if something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, the payment succeeded but access was not granted, or a technical fault stopped your child using Prime — write to us. We will fix it, and that includes refunding you where a refund is the right answer. These situations are not limited to 7 days.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but Prime was not activated, do not pay again. Email support@ijeeto.com with the date, amount and UPI or bank reference. We will either activate your access or return the money in full.
Genuine duplicate payments are always refunded, regardless of when you notice.
How to request a refund
- Email support@ijeeto.com from the address on your iJeeto account.
- Tell us the date of purchase, or include your payment reference.
- You do not need to explain why.
We reply to every refund request within 2 working days. If you have not heard from us in that time, please call +91 8762959500 — it means something went wrong with the email, not that we are ignoring you.
Free games
Spell Racer, Chess Steps, Number Line Frog and Abacus Stars are free forever and need no account. Nothing to pay, so nothing to refund.
